Soluna Cafe & Lounge has teamed up with New Belgium Brewing Company to host a unique evening of food and drinks. To celebrate San Francisco's Beer Week 2010, Soluna's acclaimed Chef Hogan has specially crafted a 4-course tasting menu to perfectly compliment select brews of the popular Colorado brewing company.The Hoppy Eating event will take place on February 9, 2010. Reservations are open to the general public from 5pm to 6pm and can be made online at http://www.solunasf.com. The 4-course dinner is priced at $45, and the accompanying beer parings are available for $10.
An exclusive VIP seating by invitation only will commence at 7:30pm where guests will be greeted by a Fat Tire welcome reception before enjoying the night of specialty cuisine and beer pairings for $55. To celebrate the release of New Belgium’s Ranger I.P.A., the new brew will be complimentary to all VIP guests throughout the evening.
