****HOOLIEHOOP SERIES II with Jamie Luv****Get fit and go further with your hoopdance practice in the Hooliehoop Series II classes! Join hoopstar teacher Jamie Luv for a special series on Sundays in April. In addition to modifying the basics, learn transition moves that will infuse your practice with grace and continuity, with the result of a better workout. This series introduces participants to more moves that increase coordination and provide each hooper with a diverse "hoop vocabulary" for greater and more dynamic expression. Prerequisite: Hooliehoop Series I or an advanced beginner or intermediate level of hoopdance knowledge. Learn transition moves, angle hooping, floor work, duck-outs, technical breaks, and take your flow to a new level!
Class series runs Sundays April 6th - 27th, 2008.
