Description
A lot of the stress, anxiety, expectations, and isolation from the upcoming holiday season, coupled with the loss of daylight, can trigger us gay/bi men to hold that energy negatively in our bodies. We find ourselves forced to face these yearly challenges and sometimes cope by consuming more (food, alcohol, sex), or straining contact/communication with others in our lives.Join David Burke M.A., as he covers strategies to promote a healthier mindfulness and self-care. This event is free and open to all gay/bi men.
