Growing flavorful, nutrient-dense fruit requires that we invest in a robust biology rather than react to symptoms. Dealing with disease from a holistic perspective requires an in-depth understanding of nutritional cause-and-effect. Biodiversity brings in untold connections. Michael is a farmer who lives on Heartsong Farm in northern New Hampshire. Michael’s most recent book is The Holistic Orchard - Tree Fruits and Berries the Biological Way.
