From this humble beginning, world history has been punctuated by great moments in cheese: Homer’s cheesemaking Cyclops, Charlemagne’s predilection for Roquefort, Ralph Bruno’s best-known invention–a yellow foam cast of a large wedge of cheese, known as the cheesehead. Instructor Judy Creighton revisits these great moments when world history became cheese legend.
