Description

Everybody get funky! This class combines hip hop beats and rhythms with elements of martial arts and athletics. Providing stylish moves in a supportive and encouraging environment, this class offers a noncompetitive alternative to traditional sports. Students will challenge themselves physically while they increase their flexibility, strength and agility. Participants will also develop expressive musical, motor and auditory skills.

Hip Hop Hooray builds confidence by embracing teamwork and promoting healthy bodies and minds. Hip hip hooray for Hip Hop Hooray!

$20 per class and $60 for 4 class card.
