HEART OF THE CITYPaintings, drawings and photographs of San Francisco's Central City
Two person art exhibit and book release: Patricia Araujo and Mark Ellinger.
The North of Market/Tenderloin Community Benefit District, to celebrate the opening of its new offices at 134 Golden Gate Avenue, is pleased to announce “HEART OF THE CITY”, an exhibition of paintings and drawings by Patricia Araujo and photography by Mark Ellinger. The opening reception will be 21 November 2008, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at 134 Golden Gate. Featuring new work by both artists, the show is a tribute to the beauty and splendor of decaying and abandoned architecture and iconic City landmarks that distinguish the Tenderloin, mid-Market Street and Sixth Street/SoMa.
