Description
The Healdsburg Water Carnival begins at 11 a.m. with a river parade followed by old-fashion fun like a vintage bathing suit contest, whiskeroo contest, wine barrel races, rubber duck dash,prizes, food and live music. Activities are free and run until 4 p.m. The day ends with a 5 p.m. fundraising concert by Jazz Mafia with proceeds benefitting Healdsburg Memorial Beach.
