The track, produced byP-Lo of The Invasion, is an energetic track that maintains the smooth and relaxed flow that’s given lead to HBK Gang’s groundbreaking success. When explaining his role in HBK, Skipper explained, “Everybody calls me the secret weapon of the HBK Gang because of my features on “Up,” “Swaggin” and “Go Crazy.” I wanted to make a song to let motherfuckers know what time it is. ‘That’s My Word’ and WET 2 is that wake up call.”
