DJs Willie and Rulas will be spinning Latin music all night at Club Fox in Redwood City, in many different incarnations. That includes salsa—Cuban dance music with a heavy emphasis on percussion and horns; bachata, a romantic guitar-percussion street music from the Dominican Republic; merengue, the lively, syncopated dance music from the Dominican Republic; and cha cha cha—a fast mambo-like music based around a three-step movement.
