Trevor Hill presents “Hand to Mouth”: a monthly, topic-based comedy show where each edition explores a specific social, cultural or political issue. One show, one topic.June’s Topic: Fandom!
On Friday 6/20, comedians Scott Capurro (BBC, Guardian UK), Megan Koester (VICE, Bridgetown), Allen Strickland Williams (WOMEN, LA Riot Fest), Emily Epstein White (NY Underground Comedy Fest), Drew Platt (SXSW) and Ben Kolina (SF Punchline) will join Trevor in exploring the wonderful world of fandom, cosplay, conventions, cult classics, geeks, groupies, fanzines, Trekkies, Tolkienites, Deadheads, Beliebers, Bronies and Beatlemania.
And introducing “The Mouth Off”, where comics Johan Miranda and Ivan Hernandez will debate which is the better fanbase for drunk dads: Parrotheads or the Raider Nation?
