WHAT: Celebrate Halloween at Ghirardelli Square on Saturday, October 28 from 12 noon to 4 p.m. with free kids’ activities like balloon art, caricatures, face painting, magic, music, trick-or-treating from store to store, and more!There will also be free pumpkin decorating for the first 100 guests who pop-in at the Maker Studio, located in the Lower Plaza.
