A "Hackathon 2.0" -- participants will spend two days applying their information technology skill sets to challenges posed by our known resource contraints. They will emerge with new strategies (as well as new apps and data visualizations) that will generate radical efficiencies across San Francisco. More than $7,000 in prizes up for grabs!
