I feel your pain. I still remain that legendary sandwich you have heard about here and there. We have gone far and wide but still remain without ever having a real home.
Well April 14th you get to see what it would be like if we did. For one night, during the month of National Grilled Cheese month, I will be doing one night of full service a la cart cheesing. I am happy to partner up once again with my friends at Old Skool Cafe. Service will be provided by the wonderful young men and women that work with Old Skool Cafe.
Not only are you getting your grilled cheese you love, you also are going to get to sit down and enjoy my 4 sandwiches being entered into the National Grilled Cheese Invitational before anyone else does! The menu will be reveaied 2 weeks prior to event.

I know! I feel your pain. Here is the good news!
There will be GUARANTEED FRIED PICKLES BEING ROCKED ALL NIGHT. We are talking our all new recipe of spicy home-made dill pickles with our amazing aioli!
For all you devout pickle lovers, and there are a lot of you out there, we will still be serving the pickles on ice to give you that ying to your grilled cheese's yummy yang.
To try and maintain order to our night, we are taking reservatoins via eventbrite. We will be serving 2 seatings for the evening at 5:30 and 8:00 pm. We will also accept walk-ins if we do not sell out of the 2 slots.
Come join me in hopes of going and winning a possible 4 more trophies to add to my 5X record! I am proud to bring back more trophies to the bay area and brie-yond!
