Every Saturday, MSF host butchery and cooking demo's of our local, sustainable meats. In addition to learning what it takes to get you your favorite cut, during the demonstration we educate consumers on our ranches, our food system, and ways to get involved and support local agriculture. Since our animals are raised naturally on pasture the meat cooks differently than what you get at your average grocery store - we show you simple techniques to make your dinner that much better!
