Description
On the 14th of July 1789, the citizenry of Paris stormed, the Bastille to secure ammunition and powder for the 30,000 muskets they had seized earlier in the day. Had they seized 30,000 musettes instead, French, and perhaps world history might of taken a decidedly different turn.In the spirit of distributing, if not Musettes, at least music to the masses, Go Van Gogh is commemorating this monumental day. Throwing over the prevailing bourgeois esthetics, to foster a spirit of liberty, equality, and fraternity.
And where better than Revolution, the little Café that knows how to host a good time. One had by all. So come on down to 3248 22nd street on Saturday July 14th. It's 3 sets starting at 9pm.
