Description

Handled properly, globalization can improve corporate profitability. Handled poorly, it can destroy a company. This managerial view of globalization is the focus of a lecture providing insights about managing in the context of today’s intense global competition. Also discover how this view differs from the public perspective of globalization and how corporate management has evolved from being multinational to global and then from global to transnational—all more rapidly than anyone could have imagined.

Please call (510) 642-4111 to reserve a space in this lecture; refer to EDP 318550.
