Description
GemanonRyan Alvarado and James Fraser forged Gemanon post being awakened from deep hyper sleep. The guitar duo arose from their chambers to find an archaic metal movement in need of pioneering. Together they vowed to conquer the desolate realm of melodic metal with music played so majestically that even the furthest of galaxies would know their name: Gemanon.
After an perpetuity of inquiry and analysis, they unearthed Paul Anderson and Jesus Sahagun, aficionados and explorers ready to proselytize and stir up the metal framework of the local urban populace. Paul, a mysterious yet expressive percussion expert provided the fills that seal the derelict structure of metal. Jesus, full of youth and vigor, setup the foundation of the project with his bass lines and hyper-attentive mind. Ryan's crushing riffs and exquisite soloing will make any life form bow down. James provides sinister riffs with elegant melody along with vocals that would make the Gods kneel. Together Gemanon will conquer every challenge and face every hurdle that stands in their way to explore the vast universe.
Dennis is Dead
Beginning in 2007, Dennis is Dead set off to remake a name for themselves in the San Francisco bay area musical community. After stumbling upon a small pizza parlor willing to host concerts, Dennis is Dead found themselves with an audience of over 150 spectators every month, which catapulted their name out into the metal/hardcore scene of the East Bay. When it was evident that guitar player Adriel Navarro was not going to continue with the band, a classmate of Michael Heffernan¹s expressed his desire to join. Ray Casarez brought in new talent and perspective, taking the band to another level. Ray was able to add his skills as a lead guitar player and a promoter to the arsenal of Dennis is Dead. Down the road Daniel would opt to stop playing guitar live and focus on vocals, so it was necessary to add another member to the lineup. Dennis is Dead was thrilled when former Above City Lights guitar player Justin Pantaleon expressed interest in the position.
With the addition of Justin, they went on to gain a strong fan base throughout the East Bay and play on bills with bands such as Emmure, For the Fallen Dreams, Oceano, Arsonists get all the girls, and Miss May I. Dennis is Dead take great responsibility in giving their fans the most amazing live show possible, and hope to have greater means to do so in the future
Hometown
Hometown is the type of band that only emerges when great musical minds come together. The hand-made California rock that comes out of this group is a welcome relief from the pre-canned pop and emotionless jingles that dominate today's industry. They draw inspiration from the musical greats from the golden age of rock, as well as bringing a brand new sound to the music scene. They work hard, they bring every ounce of energy in their bodies to the stage, and they will stop at nothing to do what they love: make music. Hometown is poised to take over the bay area's music scene, with one goal in mind: to save rock and roll.
