Looking for a fun way to use an old tea pot, bowl, basket, or even a shoe? UCCE Master Gardener and succulent expert Laura Balaoro will demonstrate how to turn a found container from your home into a beautiful succulent arrangement. You will learn the dos and don’ts of planting succulents and come away with your own creation, a value of $35. Laura will bring plant cuttings but participants are encouraged to bring their own to share and exchange.
Participants must register no later than June 6th and class size is limited. Container should be no larger than 12″.
This program takes place at the Guadalupe River Park Visitor & Education Center, 438 Coleman Ave in San Jose. Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. For more information visit grpg.org or call 408-298-7657.
