A double James Beard Foundation Award nominee for 2011, sommelier Raj Parr makes a repeat appearance to share secrets of wine enjoyment.Parr serves as wine director for the Mina Group and its signature restaurant, Michael Mina, and has released his first book, ""Secrets of the Sommeliers: How to think and drink like America's top wine professionals."" In 2007, he launched his own label called Parr Selections.
