Description
Learn how to drape a spectacular art deco style hat out of felt to perfectly fit your style. Jasmin Zorlu, professional milliner, will individually guide you through the exciting art of 'Freeform Draping'. Using steam, manipulate a pre-formed fur felt into any number of hat shapes: cloche, fedora, helmet or cocktail hat. Class size is limited to 5 students."Jasmin's 2-day workshop was very delightful and informative. She is clear, caring and has a calming presence. What I enjoyed most about her workshop was the way she balanced form and freedom. She allows the creative process to unfold for each student and facilitates as needed. At the end of the workshop, I not only had a great hat of my own but felt that the hat came out of my own creativity. It was very fun and rewarding to work with such a creative, trusting and experienced teacher. I can't wait to take another workshop and learn more as she has so much to offer." --LF in SF
