The UC Berkeley Summer Symphony is comprised of players from all around the Bay Area and beyond, including musicians from UC Berkeley, UCLA, UC Davis, San Francisco Conservatory, SF State, The University of Michigan, San Francisco Youth Orchestra, Young People's Symphony Orchestra, Oakland Youth Orchestra, the Young Musician's Program, and various other performing groups around the Bay Area.
