Instead of practicing Hatha yoga within the safe walls of your favorite yoga studio - YNOT challenge your sense of Pratyahara (one pointed focus) by bringing your yoga OUTDOORS!

Born in San Francisco, Iyengar Yoga Teacher, Tony Eason came to yoga for the benefits of stretching. Tony Eason has been a student of Yoga for seventeen years.

Presently, Tony teaches classes; seminars; and substitute teaches at: James Howell Studio, Club One, and Yoga Tree , in San Francisco.
