While most of us live in the middle of the hustle-bustle, and have a lot of responsibilities and demands to fulfill, we naturally have a greater need of rejuvenating physically, mentally and emotionally.

You are invited to explore the secret in our breath and how breathing techniques can be used to increase our energy levels.

Please note this session is open for people with any or no experience of meditation or breathing exercises.
