Learn how to still your thoughts and experience ecstatic, beautiful and Enlightened states of mind through the practice of ancient Buddhist meditation techniques!Classes are with ordained Vajrayana Buddhist monks from the Vajranandacharya lineage. Ongoing students will have the opportunity to meet and sit in meditation with Samvara, the Enlightened Nepalase Tulku who founded the Awakened Mind Center in San Francisco.
Ongoing classes are always free, and open to all levels.
