We've introduced thousands of people to yoga since 1998. Our way of teaching is systematic, safe, and easy to follow. If you're curious about yoga, but feel nervous about getting started, this is the place to start! In order to keep our class sizes small, advanced registration is required. We'll provide everything you need. Just wear comfortable clothing (a tee-shirt and shorts or sweats are a good choice) and show up!More Info
