Please join Dance Out Diabetes for a free American Foxtrot class with Emily Coles on Saturday, December 8th. Dance Out Diabetes is a local non-profit organization that prevents and manages diabetes through dance, education, and a lot of fun. Participants get a free $100 value health check-up, learn a new dance, and have access to certified diabetes educators.This monthly class offered every 2nd Saturday is for everyone, with or without diabetes, and for all ages and abilities. So come dance for the health of it! American Foxtrot is great for social dancing because it is easy to follow and can be done to a versatile array of music!
