Description

Francis’ soul-centered psychotherapy synthesizes diverse streams of thought from psychology, anthropology, mythology, alchemy, indigenous cultures and poetic traditions. We will discuss the benefits one experiences in grieving, and issues when one does not; the “duty to mourn” missing in our culture; the dichotomy of honoring grief in others and commonly dismissing our own; the importance of ritual on the individual and the community and healthy grief rituals to incorporate into our family and community.
