MENLO PARK, Calif. -- Frances Freyberg Photography Presents “Around the World in 30,000 Photographs” at the Mercy Center Gallery.
The exhibit includes scenes from Freyberg’s travels to more than 60 countries, along with a selection of local nature and flower photographs. Highlights include early morning clouds over Machu Picchu, Peru; brightly tiled houses in Porto, Portugal; the lakeside village of Hallstatt, Austria; a quiet canal in Venice, Italy; and colorful parasols in Luang Prabang, Laos.
Frances Freyberg of Menlo Park specializes in portraits of people, wildlife, nature and architecture from her worldwide travels. She spent 2008 traveling around the world and building an extensive educational weblog with photos and commentary: http://www.wheresfrances.blogspot.com.
