Meet Eileen Crane, the lead winemaker at Domaine Carneros winery of Carneros, CA at the July 21 “Meet the Winemaker” event at Seasons Bar and Lounge.Originally known for their sparkling wines, Crane has brought her wine expertise to the Domaine Carneros family and will be on-hand to provide great insight on their creations. Four wines will be poured – the 2005 Domaine Carneros by Taittinger Brut Cuvée, Domaine Carneros “Cuvée de la Pompadour” Brut Rosé, 2002 Domaine Carneros “La Rêve” Blanc de Blanc, and the 2006 Domaine Carneros Pinot Noir Carneros, Napa Valley.
Executive Chef Mark Richardson has also prepared a delicious line up of canapés especially designed to wonderfully complement each wine.
Cost is $35 per wine flight and 15$ for each food pairing.
