On May 9th, beginning at 6:30pm, Aurea at the Stanford Court Renaissance Hotel San Francisco will partner with Four Roses Bourbon to host a dinner. The evening will feature the following four-course dinner prepared by Aurea's team and servings of Four Roses Bourbon along with Aurea's poplar Barrel Aged Manhattan.First Course:
