Forrest Day and his band deliver a unique mix of rock, rap, jazz, reggae, and other influences for a sound that is all their own. Hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area, Forrest Day refers to the band's unique style of music as "attention-deficit-disorder rock". Currently, the band features Forrest Day on lead Vocals and alto sax, Terrell Liedstrand on guitar and vocals, John "Sankey" Sankey on bass, Nick Wyner on keyboards and vocals, Jasper Skydecker on drums, and Nathan T. Winter on sound.
