Atlantis Fantasyworld is proud to sponsor the Flashback Films at the Santa Cruz Cinema 9 on Thursdays at 9pm. This week features a screening of the classic sci-fi horror film, The Thing. Directed by John Carpenter and starring Kurt Russell, The Thing tells the story of an American scientific expedition that is confronted by a shape-shifting alien that assumes the appearance of the people that it kills. As a bonus, attendees have the chance to win a $100 gift certificate to Atlantis Fantasyworld if they bring in a ticket stub from any Flashback Film from May 2nd through August 8th. The winner will be drawn on August 15th.
