For adults and high school students.Registration is recommended.
Get ready to stomp your feet and clap your hands! The wildly successful Slam Poetry Competition is back and the competition is fiercer than ever. Fourteen of the Bay Area’s most talented young poets will perform their original, spoken word poems for audience members and a distinguished panel of judges. The contestants with the two highest scores will move on to the championship round. The contestant who receives the highest score in the final round will be crowned the winner and take home an iPad Mini and the title of Champion.
Registration opens to 94941 residents on February 15th and to all others on February 20th.
