Description

This full-day, intensive course covers many aspects of food writing, including restaurant reviews, recipes, and full-length cookbooks. Through in-class exercises, lectures, and discussion, participants become acquainted with opportunities to write about food for traditional publications and online media and how to approach literary agents and publishers. If possible, bring a one- to two-page review of a restaurant, a cookbook, or a film in which food plays a part. Enrollment is limited.
