Description

With its rich heritage of underground subversion, the Bay Area is home to some of the world’s most (in)famous pranksters. Whether their schemes are making a political statement or just poking a sharp stick in the eye of the dominant paradigm, these instigators of nefarious shenanigans remind us to take life less seriously, and that a little mischief never hurt anybody … well, mostly.

Join us for a very special edition of Fireside Storytelling, as we’ve gathered an all-star line-up of pranksters to come tell their best stories.

Fireside is a monthly storytelling series, taking place the first Wednesday of every month at San Francisco’s Jellyfish Gallery. Come watch at least six storytellers tell 10-minute true stories on a particular theme, without the aid of notes or a script, keeping the fine art of storytelling alive. We look for at least three of our six storytellers to tell stories on that event’s theme. The others are welcome to tell stories on a topic of their choice!
