Colorful Parrillada Argentina BBQ Fundraiser to be held on the East SideOn Saturday, September 11, the 3rd annual Parrillada Argentina, or authentic Argentinean Barbeque will be held at the St John Vianney Pavilion just off Alum Rock Road in East San Jose.
Along with the authentic chimichuri asado barbeque featuring steak, pork, chicken, sausage and more, there will be a wine tasting featuring wines from the Santa Clara and Livermore Valley vineyards, as well as music, dancers and even Tango lessons for all.
Hosted by Father Francisco Rios, a native Argentinean, the barbeque is a fundraiser to help complete a badly needed multipurpose center being constructed to serve as a base for a myriad of church and community groups that serve the East Side.
Tickets are $55 for this adults only celebration of the colorful Argentinean culture and they can be purchased in advance by calling 408-258-7832 or at the event. Father Francisco invites everyone to join him for a wonderful evening of great food, great wine, and the music and dance of the Pampas!
