Lisa Hendon, founder of Lisa's Counter Culture, shares her recipes for nutritional and probiotic-rich fermented condiments. She will be going over her techniques to make ketchup, mayonnaise, and a seasonal condiment made with a winter veggie, as well as showing participants how to use a Pickl-it jar.
