Thursday May 24th sees Vessel welcome another one of the world’s biggest DJ’s, on that infamous Funktion One soundsystem… We’re pleased to announce that Dutch superstar, Fedde le Grand joins the long list of the world’s EDM elite that have graced the hallowed DJ booth of 85 Campton Place in our esteemed 5 year history.It’s hard to find a DJ that has as achieved as much as Fedde, having scooped three IDMA awards, numerous chart #1’s around the world with hits such as the classic ‘Put Your Hands Up For Detroit’ and ‘Let Me Think About It’, as well hitting three consecutive Beatport #1’s with ‘Autosave’, ‘Control Room’ and his epic remix of Everything But The Girl’s ‘Missing’. It’s his fierce talent in the studio that has lead to Luminaries such as Madonna, Will.i.am and Robbie Williams seeking his remix skills.
Technically gifted, he’s a force to be reckoned with outside of the studio too, with his highly sought DJ performances around the world having seen him rack up shows at the world’s best festivals including Coachella, Electric Daisy Carnival, Creamfields, Electric Zoo and Ultra to name but a few. As well as holding down residencies at the best clubs across the globe. Which has seen his ranking in the DJ Mag Top 100 poll climb year upon year to the position of 14 where he currently stands. It’s this unique turntable wizardry you’ll be able to witness up close and personal in the intimate surroundings of Vessel as he brings his North American Take Over to San Francisco, on the West Coast’s best soundsystem.
