Just in time for Father’s Day, Swiftwater Café is kicking off the Summer Barbeque-inspired Brunch, beginning Sunday, June 16. The expanded BBQ menu is an extension of the spread that guests already enjoy, with barbeque options as well as summer-inspired brunch items. Some of the featured items on the Summer Barbeque buffet include: Slow Roasted Beef Brisket with Chili Barbecue; Grilled Salmon with Red Onion Marmalade and Tropical Fruit Salsa; Lemon-Rosemary Chicken with Fire Roasted Peppers and Tomatoes; and Molasses Glazed Pork Spare Ribs on Creamy Cheese Grits. These specialty items are accompanied by a vast selection of salads; sides; made-to-order omelets, pancakes and waffles; roast beef carving station; fresh seafood; dim sum and sushi; and an expansive dessert station.Reservations for Father’s Day are offered from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Because the spread for the holiday brunch is an expanded version of the typical Summer Sunday Brunch, the price is $50 for adults (13+) and $25 for children (5-12). Children four and under are always complimentary.
