On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17, Le Colonial will be serving their regular a la carte dinner menu, plus a la carte specials including appetizers of Heirloom Tomato and Fried Tofu Salad with rau ram, sea kelp noodles and crispy garlic chips; and Tamarind-Glazed Sea of Cortez Prawn Salad with peanuts, grilled onion and spring melon, plus three entrees, Vietnamese Clay Pot Chicken Thigh with stir-fried water spinach, fermented bean curd and seasoned rice; Pan-Roasted Escolar with summer bean-charred corn succotash and lemongrass-infused tomato water; and Crispy Marinated Tofu with grilled summer squash, scallions and pickled mushrooms in a miso-tamarind broth.
