On Father’s Day, June 17, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., celebrate with Dad at The Lake Chalet with their first-ever all you can eat $35.00 Crawfish Boil which will include crawfish, potatoes, corn, vegetables and fresh bread served in traditional style on the restaurant's lakeside dock. Live musical entertainment will be provided by Courtableu, a Cajun/zydeco band (www.courtableu.com). Advance reservations/tickets are required and can be purchased at http://www.dadslakechaletcrawfishboil.eventbrite.com. Also, in the Lake Dining Room from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., a special brunch will be served with choices including Spanish Chorizo and Spring Onion Scramble ($14.00), Crab and Asparagus Omelet ($17.00), and Salmon Benedict ($16.00). Among the a la carte dinner choices, 2:00 to 10:00 p.m., will be Porcini Pappardelle with roasted garlic , mushroom medley, herbs, truffle oil and Gruyère cheese ($18.00) and a Tomahawk Pork Chop with roasted garlic potato puree, delta asparagus and thyme jus ($25.00).Lake Chalet Seafood Bar & Grill
