Description
Iranian-American musician Fared Shafinury makes his debut performance on the "Behind the Seas" tour at Stanford University, hosted by the Persian Student Association and Program in Iranian Studies. Self-taught in traditional instruments including the setar and santur, Fared blends jazz, blues, indie rock and western classical rhythms with a classical Persian twist, creating a truly unique sound.Free parking is available on the Oval at Stanford campus.
