Description
We値l use the mini quilt as an opportunity to explore patchwork, hand stitching, and embroidery with Sashiko. We値l discuss how these techniques can be used to personalize our work for subtle or dramatic results. The mini quilt allows us to experiment with various materials and techniques while remaining small enough to tackle in an afternoon葉hey are also very useful as coasters, potholders, and placemats. We値l discuss ways to personalize your work through an improvisational approach that can be adapted to large-scale projects or other creative pursuits. We値l also talk about the fine line between art, design, and craft and why this benefits textile enthusiasts like you. Basic sewing and stitching skills are required.About Katrina
