Description
Evan Marshall has been touted as the world's premier solo mandolin virtuoso and has gained international recognition for his unique approach to playing the instrument. His style is very classical in nature, yet incorporates elements of Italian and American folk song traditions for added variety. Since he began his music career, he has recorded five solo albums and has performed on "A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor" as well as appeared as a guest artist in Pops concerts with many major symphony orchestras.
