Description

Smack Dab open mic hosted by Kirk Read and Larry-bob Roberts

Featuring:

Enzo Lombard has been in one form of show business or other since he was 5 years old. He has sung professionally since 7, worked in London cabaret, studied acting in both London and New York, and been a standup comedian for three years. He fronted several bands in New York and San Francisco, working with future members of Counting Crows and Third Eye Blind. He has written one novel and directed several documentary films. His first play, Love Humiliation & Karaoke opened in September 2008 at the Stagewerx (Shelton) Theater in San Francisco and runs every Thursday night at 8p except holidays.

All ages, all genders, all the time. Free.

If you'd like to perform at the open mic, please bring five minutes or less of your music, writing, dance, performance, cooking suggestions, sex tips, tax dodging techniques or whatever it is you want to share. Musicians, one song. Prose writers: that's about two and a half double spaced pages of prose.

Presented by Army of Lovers, a project of the Queer Cultural Center with support from the San Francisco Arts Commission and the California Arts Council.
