EAT Restaurant and The Ambassador will be teaming up to create the latest dining event series to join the food and entertainment world of San Francisco.

Noted as the place "007 would drink" by The New York Times, The Ambassador is a hidden gem with deep black leather seats, an endless ceiling, and sparkling jellyfish chandeliers. Black is their theme, and it never looked so good. Tucked away in the tenderloin between a Chinese discount market and a "butcher boutique", The Ambassador is the brightest diamond in the rough bringing top shelf liquor to the neighborhood.

Although slightly different from EAT at 111 Minna, EAT at The Ambassador will undoubtedly continue to remain the best in quality and service. The price points will stay similar to EAT at 111 Minna and walk-ins are gladly welcomed, but EAT at The Ambassador will also be taking reservations. As an addition to the EAT Restaurant group, EAT at the Ambassador guests will be able to enjoy dishes with unsurpassed quality, service comparable to any multi-star restaurant, and an ambiance that is fun, laid-back, and social.
