Easter Sunday Celebration at Sabio on Main in PleasantonOn Easter Sunday, April 16, Sabio on Main in Pleasanton will serving a $35.00 three-course prix fixe brunch menu from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and a $48.00 four-course prix fixe dinner menu from 4:00 to 9:00 PM. For brunch there will be Potato-Leek Soup with bacon jam and chili oil or Strawberry and Baby Fennel Salad with lavender-balsamic vinaigrette, almonds, chevre or Avocado Sourdough Toast with olive tapenade, goat’s feta cheese and Arbequina oil; Grilled BN Ranch Leg of Lamb with Meyer lemon roasted fingerling potatoes and mint salsa verde or Spring Vegetable Frittata with Black Forest ham, chevre and fava leaves or Brioche French Toast with granola and strawberry-banana compote or Seared Gulf Shrimp and Porcini Grits with bacon, Maitake mushrooms and fines herbs; and White Chocolate and Hazelnut Bread Pudding with Frangelico caramel and sour cherry anglaise or Red Velvet Cake or Chocolate Profiteroles, Hawaiian coffee ice cream, candied macadamias and coconut Chantilly. For dinner, guests can enjoy Potato Leek Soup with bacon jam andchili oil or Beet and Late Citrus Salad with walnut crusted goat cheese and organic greens; Polish Meat Plate Fresh and Smoked Kielbasa with country ham, beet deviled egg, pumpernickel and horseradish or Zuckerman’s Asparagus with poached egg, truffle Hollandaise and borage or Smoked Sacramento Sturgeon “Nicoise” with fiddleheads, potato, soft boiled egg, pickled red onion and Nicoise olive tapenade; Grilled BN Ranch Leg of Lamb with roasted fingerling potatoes and mint salsa verde or Grilled Grass Fed Flat Iron Steak with braised leeks, butter bean puree, Bearnaise sauce or Roasted Alaskan Halibut, Forbidden Black Rice and King Trumpet Mushrooms with ginger-onion soubise and sweet soy; and Chocolate Profiteroles with Hawaiian coffee ice cream, candied macadamias and coconut Chantilly or Red Velvet Cake or Strawberry-Rhubarb Cheesecake. By the glass wine pairings, plus vegetarian and children-friendly (under 12 years of age) options will also be available. Oysters will be offered for a supplemental charge.
