On Easter Sunday, April 16, Left Bank Brasserie on Santana Row in San Jose will be serving a seasonal brunch menu (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM), plus a reduced regular lunch menu (10 AM to 4:00 PM) and the regular dinner menu (dinner until 9:00 PM with one additional a la carte spring-inspired offering). The brunch menu will include Quiche Rayon De Soleil, a sun dried tomato and goat cheese quiche with grilled asparagus, tomato and arugula salad/$14.00; Crêpes Au Jambon De Paris, savory crêpes with Parisian ham, spinach, onions, goat cheese, Mornay sauce and sunny side up egg/$14.00; Les Œufs Bénédictes, a toasted English muffin with Parisian ham, poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and potatoes/$15.00; Les Œufs Bénédictes Au Crabe Dormeur, a Dungeness crab Benedict, with a toasted English muffin, poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and potatoes/$20.00; Pain Perdu Au Cointreau, traditional Cointreau French toast with orange cream, berry compote and syrup/$14.00; La Tartine De BLT with grilled country levain bread, goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula, bacon, sunny side up egg, Hollandaise sauce, mixed greens/$13.00; and Le “Ash” De Saumon, smoked salmon and Loch Duart salmon hash, with red onions, tomatoes, parsley, Yukon Gold potatoes, poached egg and Hollandaise sauce/$15.00.
