Salade maison - Green leaf salad, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, black olives, julienne carrot.

Salade du chef - Smoked ham, swiss cheese, green leaf salad, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, mustard vinaigrette.

Salade de bettercrave - Red beets marinated in a shallot vinaigrette served with green leaf salad and goat cheese.

Salad Nicoise - Seared rare ahi tuna, green leaf, hard boiled egg, anchovies, green beans, tomato slivers, potatoes, olives, vinaigrette.

Salade d'epinards - Grilled chicken, spinach salad, crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, tomato slivers, balsamic vinaigrette.


Baguette Sandwich:

Remy's burger - Grilled seven ounce ground beef burger with herbs, cheese(blue, brie or swizz), tomato and green leaf.

Veggie baguette - Grilled peppers, zucchini, dryroast tomatoes, goat cheese, grilled onions.

Chicken baguette - Grilled Chicken breast, roasted peppers, melted swiss cheese.


Croque(french grilled cheese):

Croque Monsieur - Ham and cheese with a bechamel sauce

Croque Madame(Izzy's favorite) - same as monsieur but with an egg on top! Sunny side up of course!!



Loraine - ham and gruyere cheese

Spinach - roasted red peppers, goat cheese and spinach!!


Les Petit Plats(Entree's):

Steak Frites - Rib eye steak with a bordelaise sauce and fries.

Cassoulet - Duck confit with sauce de toulusse, over white beans.

Vol au vent(local's favorite) - Puff pastrie filled with a bechamelle sauce, chicken, button mushrooms and green olives.

Moules frites mariniere - Mussels in white wine reduction with shallots, garlic, herbs and fries on the side.

Escargots de Bourgogne - The best snails this side of Paris!!
